Three minutes of added time here and only a couple more minutes of the Premier League season. This comes the time of the year when we all take up another hobby! Can Swansea or Sunderland record another goal before they leave for the summer?!
89'
How have Sunderland not got away a shot their?! The ball falls kindly to Altidore who is dispossessed after a brilliant tackle from Bartley. Then Colback latches on to the loose ball but can't get it out of his feet to get a strike away!
87'
Not much happening in the latter stages here and it looks like the players in both sides are looking forward to their holidays. A well-earned break for some!
85'
L. Bridcutt gets yellow.
De Guzman and Dyer link up brilliantly down the right wing with a neat one-two which sees the latter break down to the byline and whip a cross to the front post. The Dutchman gets to the ball but just can't twist his body in the air and ends up glancing his header out of the box. Good clearance, Jonathan!
84'
J. Altidore enters the game and replaces J. O'Shea.
83'
F. Borini gets yellow.
Gus Poyet is going for this now as he introduces an attacker, Jose Altidore, in place of a defender, John O'Shea. That's three strikers out there for Sunderland now, so we could be in for a grandstand finish!
81'
The referee, Chris Foy, suffers the wrath of the Sunderland crowd as the penalises Vergini for a high foot just outside the box. It was never a free kick, really, and the home crowd have the right to feel aggrieved. Shelvey to take the set piece deep down the left flank.
79'
The home side get a free kick about 30 yards from goal and, with Larsson substituted, it looks like Borini will be given the task. The Italian steps up and smashes the set-piece at goal but it goes high and wide and doesn't pose a threat to the Swansea goal.
77'
Those substitutions have just hampered the tempo of the match as both sides are struggling to achieve a period of sustained possession at the moment. Swansea quite content to sit deep and soak up the pressure.
75'
B. Davies enters the game and replaces D. Tiendalli.
It is two changes in quick succession for Swansea and the second sees their Young Player of the Year, Ben Davies, come on to replace Dwight Tiendalli. Monk just utilising his squad in the final minutes of the Premier League season.

Description
73'
L. Britton enters the game and replaces J. Fulton.
Monk makes his second change of the match as he introduces Leon Britton in place of the debutant, Jay Fulton, who can be proud of his contribution in his first start for Swansea.
71'
E. Ba enters the game and replaces S. Larsson.
That'll be the last action of the Swede as he is substituted for El Hadji Ba. The former is yet another player who is out of contract in the summer, so there will certainly be a lot of suitors for his services!
70'
LARSSON HITS THE POST AGAIN! He whips in yet another dangerous free kick to the back post which Tremmel manages to tip on to the woodwork! It actually looked like a magnificent save from the Swansea keeper!
69'
J. Amat gets yellow.
68'
We've got some handbags just outside the box at the moment as Amat goes in strongly on Borini on the left-hand side of the penalty area. The Spaniard looked to have took the ball, but he took the man also! He goes into the book and Sunderland get the free kick.
66'
Well, what on Earth is that from Vergini? The Argentine initially does well to stride forward through the middle and get into a decent position in front of the opposition box, but for some reason opts to dink the ball over the defence, which Tremmel easily claims out of the air. An odd one, that!
64'
The last few minutes have just seen a bit of a drop in tempo as Swansea comfortably dictate the play in the middle of the park. No sign of the thunder from the home side as of yet, but you get the feeling there is another goal in this!
63'
O. Čelůstka enters the game and replaces P. Bardsley.
62'
Gus Poyet makes his first change of the match as Bardsley is replace by Celustka. That's an odd one, as the Scottish international has played well today. He's also out of contract in the summer, so have we seen him in a Sunderland shirt for the last time?
60'
The Sunderland fans have aimed to get behind their team as much as they can, and the stadium was rocking as Borini clawed a goal back, but Bony halted the ascendancy of the hosts so quickly that it's just dampened the atmosphere slightly again. I'm sure the Black Cats faithful will find their voice again soon though!
58'
Larsson gets the opportunity to whip another dangerous set-piece into the box but the Swede's free kick from the left-hand side is just a bit too deep, which means Wickham can't rise high enough to get a good connection. Swansea goal kick.
56'
Garry Monk reacts quickly to that goal and makes his first substitution of the match. Jonathan De Guzman comes on to replace Emnes, who is awarded a yellow card for taking too long to leave he field. Bit harsh!
55'
M. Emnes gets yellow.
J. de Guzmán enters the game and replaces M. Emnes.
54'
W. Bony has scored a goal for Swansea City!
GOOOOAAAALLL!!! GOOOAAALLL!! GOOOAAALLL!! SWANSEA REPLY QUICKLY!! The visitors counterattack at tremendous pace and the ball eventually comes to Bony, who skips past the challenge of Colback before lashing a strike in off the post! 3-1!
52'
JOHNSON! How did that not go in! The 26-year-old goes on a signature run down the left wing and cuts inside before rifling a strike towards the bottom corner, that appears to come off the calf of Amat! Fortuitous clearance for Swansea!
50'
F. Borini has scored a goal for Sunderland! Assist by A. Johnson.
GOOOOOOOOOOAAAAALLLLLL FOR SUNDERLAND!!! And it was simple enough! Johnson whips a superb cross to the front post and Borini gets behind his marker to bullet a header past Tremmel! 2-1! GAME ON!
48'
Bright start to the second half from Sunderland as they look to grab an early goal to get a route back into contention here. Swansea haven't been completely rock solid at the back so far, so they can certainly be got at.
46'
We are back under way in the Stadium of Light!
44'
BARDSLEY!!! He almost scores a cracker! The left-back collects the ball 25 yards out and hits a rasper of a strike towards the top corner but Tremmel just retreats far enough to get up and tip the shot over the bar! Unlucky!
42'
Wickham looks to latch on to a loose ball through to Tremmel and puts Amat under massive pressure, which forces the Swansea central defender to put the ball out for a throw in. Good work by the Sunderland forward.
40'
Sunderland just can't seem to deal with the sheer brute strength of Bony and Emnes in attack. Opposition tackles are just bouncing off the duo as they hold up the ball in the final third, but Dyer and Routledge just need to anticipate more and get on the ball in the channels.
38'
Bardsley, who's actually been one of Sunderland's biggest threats so far, finds himself in the final third once again and this time opts to cut inside on his right foot. He whips a shot at goal aiming for the far corner but his attempt goes a few yards wide of the post.
36'
The Swansea fans have been in full voice for well over half-an-hour now as they cruise through this match with a two-goal lead. Definite musings of frustration among the Stadium of Light faithful though as they see their side put in an inept performance so far.
34'
Vergini hits an aimless diagonal pass into the box and Tiendalli panics and heads behind with no opposition player with 30 yards. That was Tremmel's all the way, but there was no communication between the two Swansea men! Sunderland corner!
32'
Bony loses the ball in the final third with an uncharacteristic poor touch which allows Sunderland to counterattack. Johnson drives down the right wing and typically cuts in on his left foot before looking to thread a pass through to Borini, but Shelvey reads it and intercepts.
30'
Bardsley once again gets into an advanced position down that left wing and looks for Wickham at the back post, but the former Sheffield Wednesday loanee can't shake off the attentions of Taylor to get a header away, and the ball eventually goes out for a goal kick. The Sunderland fans scream for a foul, but there wasn't too much in it.
28'
LARSSON HITS THE POST!!! The Swede cuts inside from the right wing and whips a fantastic, teasing cross into the box which eventually runs all the way through to bounce off the inside of the woodwork! Tremmel was beaten! So unlucky!
26'
In the past couple of minutes though, Sunderland have just began to up their tempo. Two or three crosses are pumped into the box within about 30 seconds but a combination of Shelvey and Amat clear each time for the Swans.
24'
Shelvey and Emnes have been terrific so far for the visitors. The former dictating play from the deeper areas and the latter holding up the play and providing support to Bony. Sunderland can't get anywhere near them at the moment!
22'
Bardsley gets to the byline down the left flank and stands a cross to the back post which is eventually picked up by Routledge outside the area. The home fans are demanding a free kick as the ball appeared to come off the arm of the Swansea man, but the referee opts to play on. Would have been harsh!
20'
J. Fulton gets yellow.
The first booking of the match goes to debutant, Jat Fulton, who make a late challenge in the middle of the park. A pretty daft yellow to pick so early in the match!
18'
The rain has been streaming down since before kick off today, and it is making for an extremely slick surface. Swansea have adapted to the conditions by far the better here, as they control the midfield with ease.
16'
The hosts counterattack down the left-hand side through Johnson and he finds Wickham inside the box, who can't seem to sort out his feet in time to get a shot away, which allows Amat to make the interception!
15'
Sunderland have barely got out of the blocks here! They need to get their act together, and quick!
14'
M. Emnes has scored a goal for Swansea City! Assist by W. Bony.
GOOOOOOOAAAALLLLLLL FOR SWANSEA!! They double their lead! The ball is played to the feet of Emnes inside the box and the on-loan Middlesborough man turns sharply before whipping a superb strike into the corner! 2-0!
13'
Swansea continue to probe for their second goal here, and they look the more likely side at he moment!
11'
It's been an impressive start from Routledge so far. The winger has took on Vergini two or three times down the left-hand side and each time has bettered the Argentine. Garry Monk will certainly be telling his man to keep up it up; definite source of danger for Sunderland.
9'
Well, that certainly wasn't in the script for Gus Poyet and his side! The Stadium of Light crowd was full of song in the opening minutes, but the atmosphere has just been dampened by the Swans. Still plenty of time for more goals here, though.
7'
N. Dyer has scored a goal for Swansea City! Assist by W. Routledge.
GOOOOOOOOOOOOAAALLLLLL FOR SWANSEA!! The visitors counterattack through the middle and Routledge slides a lovely pass through to Dyer, who coolly finishes past Mannone! 1-0!
5'
Johnson collects the ball on the right-hand side and looks to stretch his legs down the wing, but his path inside is just blocked by Taylor, who comes in with a well-timed tackle. Good defending.
3'
As suspected, it is a fantastic atmosphere here today! Both sides who love vibrant, attacking football, and with no pressure on either side, we should be in for a cracker!

We are under way in the Stadium of Light!
Good afternoon folks! Welcome to LIVE coverage of the Barclays Premier League clash between Sunderland and Swansea from the Stadium of Light!
I'm Martin Macdonald, and I'll be taking you through the action!
We should be in for a party atmosphere today in the last round of fixtures of the season as Sunderland and Swansea have both successfully avoided the drop. Two sides with no pressure, so should be an entertaining affair!
A few months ago Gus Poyet claimed that Sunderland would need a 'miracle' in order to avoid relegation, but fantastic results against Man City, Chelsea, Cardiff, Man Utd and West Brom have seen The Black Cats skyrocket up to 14th in the table.
Swansea currently sit 13th in the Barclays Premier League, and Garry Monk was recently awarded for sustaining the Welsh side's status in the top division with the permanent manager position, after previously taking over as caretaker. Today is his first match as boss.
Lee Cattermole has picked up a knock and will be replaced in the middle of the park by Liam Bridcutt, who features in the middle with Jack Colback. Sebastian Larsson was a doubt for the match today, but has shook off a niggling muscle injury to be deployed on the left-hand side.
For Swansea, Angel Rangel continues to remain absent due to a groin injury, which means Dwight Tiendally starting at right-back. There is also a debut for former Falkirk midfielder, Jay Fulton, in the middle of the park next to Jonjo Shelvey. The Scot makes his debut today in the last match of the season.
Half time in the Stadium of Light. Sunderland's massive effort over the past few weeks to avoid relegation looks to have caught up with them as they go into the break 2-0 down against Swansea at home in the last day of the season. Routledge and Emnes have been on target for the visitors, who looked pretty comfortable up until the last 10 minutes, as the Black Cats searched for a goal back. An interesting second half in store as both sides look to end the season on a high!
Full time in the Stadium of Light. The curtain comes down at the end of the Premier League season for Sunderland and Swansea in a match which sees Garry Monk's men leave for the summer with an impressive 3-1 away victory. Wayne Routledge and Marvin Emnes netted for the visitors in the first half but Borini clawed a goal back shortly after the break for Sunderland. Any potential comeback was halted however thanks to a superb Wilfried Bony goal, who tops of a fantastic personal season. Swansea finish the season in a respectable 12th position, with Gus Poyet's men end up 14th after battling relegation! I'm Martin Macdonald, thanks for joining us! We'll see you for the 2014/15 season!
