Finally we get the free-kick, Toure hits it into the wall. What an anti climax!
90' +6
Lee Chung-Yong enters the game and replaces J. Puncheon.
We only had three added minutes but that has understandably been extended. De Bruyne departs with his head in his hands.
Substitution Jason Puncheon Chung-Yong Lee
90' +5
This does not look good for De Bruyne, his right leg in a protective cushion. Worrying for City with Jesus already off injured.
90' +4
Oh wow! What an awful challenge from Puncheon to stop De Bruyne, taking him out at knee height with a reckless tackle. Stretchers for both men. Meanwhile, City wait to take their free-kick.
90' +3
Milivojevic is denied by a brilliant save from Ederson, the keeper keeping it out with his feet as the midfielder looks to go down the middle. City break in the aftermath and earn a free-kick, while De Bruyne and Puncheon are both down receiving treatment.
90' +2
Penalty saved by Ederson!
M. Kelly gets yellow.
J. Puncheon gets yellow.
SAVED!!! Ederson to the rescue
Yellow card Martin Kelly
Penalty Save Ederson Santana de Moraes
Penalty Miss Luka Milivojević
Yellow card Jason Puncheon
90' +1

Well, well, well. Zaha breaks free on the right and is bundled over by Sterling. A penalty is awarded! Looked like it was outside when the foul happened.
Yellow card Fernando Luiz Rosa
90'
Y. Touré gets yellow.
PENALTY FOR PALACE!!!!!!!
Yellow card Gnégnéri Yaya Touré

Soft booking for Yaya Toure, he bundles over Milivojevic after losing possession in the Palace half.
Minute
Description
87'
OUCH! Worrying times for Benteke, the forward ending up in the advertising boards after being shrugged off the ball by Kyle Walker. No foul and Benteke is back up on his feet.
86'
DANGER! De Bruyne surges towards the Palace box from the halfway line under no pressure whatsoever, however his attemps to find Sane come up short as Van Aanholt makes an important interception. Guardiola is prowling the touchline, is he about to fall short of the 19 successive wins he achieved with Bayern Munich?
84'
Fosu-Mensah is so lucky, his miscued clearance lands near Aguero but the striker cannot react quick enough to test Hennessey.
81'
Y. Touré enters the game and replaces Bernardo Silva.
Substitution Bernardo Mota Veiga de Carvalho e Silva Gnégnéri Yaya Touré. Last roll of the dice for Guardiola as Toure enters the fray,
BLOCK! Martin Kelly is again in the way as the ball falls for De Bruyne, his low shot booted clear by the Palace defender.
80'
Palace's tails are up now after that Townsend miss, the volume inside Selhurst Park has been raised. Can they grab more than just a point?
79'
S. Agüero gets yellow.
Yellow card Sergio Leonel Agüero del Castillo. Aguero goes in the book for delaying a Palace free-kick.
77'
Andros Townsend misses a sitter. An absolute sitter. Puncheon's shot is blocked, the ball rolls to Zaha, his low cross finds its way to an unmarked Townsend who blazes over the crossbar. It looked easier to score! Let off for City.
75'
J. Puncheon enters the game and replaces Y. Cabaye.
On comes Jason Puncheon to give Palace some fresh legs. He replaces Yohan Cabaye who has done a good shift in midfield.
Substitution Yohan Cabaye Jason Puncheon
73'
Otamendi stoops to head clear ahead of Benteke, the striker accidentally stepping on his marker in the aftermath. Corner to Palace.
It comes to nothing, Palace have to do more with these rare openings.
72'
When Roy Hodgson took over you would never have said Palace could keep Manchester City at bay, but with less than 20 minutes to go they are doing just that. Another great block, this time from Kelly, keeps City out. Palace are very deep, though, inviting far too much pressure on themselves.
70'
SAVE! Out of nothing De Bruyne creates a chance for City, the attacking midfielder finding some space to unleash a fierce drive on goal. His shot deflects off Martin Kelly but it is not enough to beat Hennessey.
68'
The wall does its job. City's frustrations continue to grow.
67'
Y. Cabaye gets yellow.
Cabaye sees yellow for a clumsy challenge on Sane. Free kick in another dangerous position for Manchester City. De Bruyne is behind it.
Yellow card Yohan Cabaye
66'
Worth nothing that the last time City failed to score in a Premier League match was April 27 against Manchester United, that's 26 games ago! Still plenty of time to go.
62'
WHAT A SAVE! City have found another gear but Hennessey will not be beaten. A deep, deflected, cross from Sterling finds its way to Sane at the back post, his effort superbly kept out by the Palace keeper's shoulder.
60'
CHANCE! Another opportunity for Aguero but he can't get enough power or direction on his header, his effort straight at a grateful Hennessey.
59'
Silva finds Sterling on the edge of the Palace penalty area, the substitute looks to jink through a miniscule gap but is thwarted.
58'
On comes Sterling, he replaces Ilkay Gundogan - the German's last contribution a curling shot that sails just wide of the Palace goal. Can Sterling be City's saviour once again?
57'
R. Sterling enters the game and replaces İ. Gündoğan.
Palace scream for a free-kick as Zaha races away on the counter attack, the winger is shoved off the ball by Kyle Walker, never a foul, just good strength.
Lovely vision by De Bruyne, he finds a pocket of space and lifts a pass towards Sergio Aguero. But the striker is not on the same wavelength and Hennessey saves easily.
55'
Changes for Manchester City are imminent with Raheem Sterling getting ready.
54'
Palace are so compact City are struggling to find space, as the visitors have possession inside their own half all 11 of Roy Hodgson's men retreat behind the halfway line.
52'
Great interception by Tomkins to stop City advancing, pressure building on the hosts.
48'
P. van Aanholt gets yellow.
Yellow card Patrick van Aanholt
More concern for City as Van Aanholt stands on Bernardo Silva's foot. The forward receives treatment, the full-back is booked.
46'
Free-kick to City as Fosu-Mensah hauls down De Bruyne after losing possession. Danger for Palace.
45' +6
L. Sané gets yellow.
Yellow card Leroy Sané
45' +5
Silly booking for Sane. He is punished for a push on Fosu-Mensah, and in frustration kicks the ball away.
45' +4
Not much going on in this added time, both teams ready for the dressing room it would appear.
45' +1
CHANCE! Oh Sergio Aguero. The substitute is unable to turn De Bruyne's cross on target, the playmaker having made it to the byline on the right. His cut back found Aguero but it is at an awkward height and his shot flies wide.
45'
Six minutes of time added on after the injuries to Dann and Jesus.
Palace get us back underway at Selhurst Park.
43'
Tensions flare between De Bruyne and Sane, the latter unhappy with the Belgian for delaying his pass. Verbals straight back at him for not timing his run properly. Not what you expect from Manchester City.
42'
Manchester City have had 72 per cent possession this half, 72! Obviously Pep Guardiola won't be too happy given it's not 100 per cent! They've only had one shot on target though.
40'
Half time looms and if you're Palace you've got to be happy with this. Manchester City have threatened without really testing Hennessey.
39'
STAT via Opta for you: The Dann and Jesus substitutions are the earliest two in a Premier League game this season (two subs in the first 23 minutes).
34'
GREAT BLOCK! Palace find loads of room on the left, Wilfried Zaha finds Andros Townsend arriving on the edge of the area, his shot looks destined for the stands but Danilo makes sure he gets a block to make sure Ederson's goal is not threatened.
33'
Wow! Mark that down. Kevin De Bruyne fails to control a pass!
32'
Corner for Palace, Selhurst Park bursts into song. Cabaye delivers from the left but Benteke's flick drops just wide of Ederson's goal.
28'
POST! Aguero nearly makes an immediate impact. The striker given far, far too much time, his shot deflects off a Palace defender and loops onto the post with Hennessey at full stretch. De Bruyne can't force home the rebound.
27'
Palace not giving City time to settle, good stuff from the hosts and Cabaye's pressure forces a mistake from Nicolas Otamendi. Roy Hodgson will be delighted witht that.
25'
Wayne Hennessey spares James Tomkins' blushes as the Palace defender diverts a City corner towards his own goal, luckily his goalkeeper claims easily.
23'
S. Agüero enters the game and replaces Gabriel Jesus.
Substitution Gabriel Fernando de Jesus Sergio Leonel Agüero del Castillo
That earlier injury to Jesus is not clearing up, the striker sits on the turf before hobbling off in tears. He's distraught, City will wait for news on how severe his problem is. On comes Sergio Aguero...not a bad replacement!
21'
Leroy Sane cannot convert the free-kick, let off for Palace.
20'
M. Kelly enters the game and replaces S. Dann.
Substitution Scott Dann Martin Kelly
That looks bad for Scott Dann, he leaves the field on a stretcher. Worrying times for Crystal Palace.
17'
Christian Benteke loses possession in his own half to Kevin De Bruyne, the Belgian is then brought down on the edge of the penalty area by Scott Dann. The Palace defender is down in pain as a result.
16'
S. Dann gets yellow.
Yellow card Scott Dann
15'
After a strong start from City, Palace have started to have a good spell of possession. Important they keep this up
11'
Gabriel Jesus is down with an injury, but happily for City the Brazil international is up and ok to continue.
7'
Positive signs for Palace, Christian Benteke's shot is blocked as City keep the Belgian at bay.
2'
Strong start from City as Bernardo Silva slices his shot wide in the opening minutes, and seconds later Fernandinho's shot is well blocked.
1'

A win for Manchester City in this match will see them equal the record winning run in one of Europe’s top five leagues – Bayern Munich, managed by Pep Guardiola, won 19 consecutively in the 2013/14 season.
Crystal Palace have won just one of their last 11 Premier League games against Man City, losing the other 10.
Here's a few pre-match stats for you, courtesy of Opta, before things get underway...
Manchester City have won their last two games against Crystal Palace by a 5-0 scoreline – only once in top-flight history has a team won three consecutive league games against an opponent by a 5+ goal margin (Manchester City vs Derby between February 1937 and January 1938).
Right, let's do this, the penultimate Premier League game of 2017 is almost upon us.
Half time: Crystal Palace 0 Manchester City 0
Positive half for Crystal Palace as they manage to keep Manchester City at bay, no mean feat this season! They've had a bit of luck, though, with Bernardo Silva wasting a glorious chance early on and Sergio Aguero's deflected effort striking the post. At the other end Ederson has had very little to do.
Time for both sides to regroup, you would imagine Pep Guardiola will not be too happy with City's disjointed display. Join us again shortly for the second half of today's first Premier League clash.
STAT: Nine of Manchester City's last 11 Premier League goals against Crystal Palace have been scored in the second half.
That does not bode well for Palace despite how well they have done in the first half. City have won every match in the league since August 21, stopping them for an entire 90 minutes is not easy. Can Palace do it?
Time to find out, the teams are back out and we're nearly ready for the second half.
The run is over! Manchester City's winning streak ends at 18. For the first time since August they fail to take all three points, while there are some injury worries for Pep Guardiola.
Bernardo Silva, Sergio Aguero and Leroy Sane all had chances to win it for City but in truth they were not at their fluent best in the final third, and were lucky not to suffer a defeat. Luka Milivojevic's stoppage time penalty was well saved by Ederson after Wilfried Zaha was brought down by Raheem Sterling. What an ending to an enthralling match.
Injuries have added further disappointment for City with Gabriel Jesus going off in tears in the first half, and Kevin De Bruyne carried off on a stretcher late on after a reckless challenge from Jason Puncheon. Guardiola will hope that is not as serious as it looked.
The point extends City's lead at the top of the Premier League to 14 points as we prepare to enter 2018, while Palace climb out of the bottom three at West Ham's expense. That's all from us today, thank you for joining us, see you next time.
