There will be just two minutes added on at the end of this match.
88'
D. Zappacosta has scored a goal for Chelsea!
MAKE THAT FIVE! A first Premier League goal for Davide Zappacosta, and it's a terrific finish - low and hard into the bottom corner from 25 yards - with his weaker left foot, after a dreadful header out from the back by Tymon gifted him possession.
86'
STAT: Stoke City have lost 15 Premier League games against Chelsea, including today; more than they have against any other opponent in the competition (W2 D3 L15).
84'
Stoke have not been in this game at all today. From the opening kick-off it's been all Chelsea, and it took them less than three minutes to take the lead. The Potters will be thrilled to see that there's limited time left on the clock as they will want nothing more than to get out of Stamford Bridge, a venue they have not won at since April 1974.
82'
Well still a bit of hunger for Chelsea after all in attack, as a lovely little one-two sees Willian win a free-kick in a dangerous position, following a foul from Adam, who is immediately replaced. Alonso and Willian stand over it, and it's the former who takes, rolling it square for Pedro who sends a tame first-time effort straight at Butland from 25 yards.
81'
E. Choupo-Moting enters the game and replaces C. Adam.
Adam commits a foul, gets to his feet and runs straight to the touchline as his number is being called here. Eric-Maxim Choupo-Moting takes his place.
79'
The ball is being knocked about aimlessly by Chelsea at the back now as they wind the clock down on 2017. It's set to be a winning end to a year in which Chelsea returned to glory in the Premier League, taking the trophy home in May.
77'
STAT: Chelsea have won 25 points from a possible 27 in their nine Premier League home games against Stoke City – winning eight games, drawing one and losing none.
75'
Willian has now scored five Premier League goals against Stoke City, which is more than he has against any other opponent in the competition. As for Chelsea, it's the fourth goal they so thoroughly deserve, and they have now outscored Stoke 8-0 this season.

Penalty goal scored by Willian for Chelsea!
NO MISTAKE FROM WILLIAN! He buries the penalty and Chelsea have their 4-0 lead! That was cool and emphatic from Willian, who pulled rank to take the penalty ahead of Batshuayi, who was trying to plead his case.
72'
PENALTY TO CHELSEA! Tymon does very well to fend off Willian and nudge the ball to Cameron, but the USA international gives the ball straight back with a heavy touch, before clattering the Brazilian to ground. He's made a real mess of this and the referee points straight to the spot.
71'
J. Ngoy enters the game and replaces I. Afellay.
M. Batshuayi enters the game and replaces Álvaro Morata.
Julien Ngoy replaces Afellay for the final 20 minutes, with Stoke's first change.
Michy Batshuayi is on here in place of Morata with Chelsea's final change, meaning the Spaniard will not get his goal today.
68'
Willian has two assists tonight but he surely wants his goal. He does well to open up space for a shot here, testing Butland from just over 20 yards, but his strike is too central and the Stoke keeper is more than up to the task.
67'
Stoke are no longer trying to run the clock off, because they can't win back possession. Chelsea are looking more like adding a fourth, to match their scoreline from the reverse fixture this season at the Bet365 Stadium.
65'
T. Bakayoko enters the game and replaces N. Kanté.
One Frenchman replaces another as Chelsea's second change sees Kante withdrawn, Tiemoue Bakayoko taking his place for the final 25 minutes.
63'
STAT: Stoke haven’t won any of their last 16 Premier League games in London (D6 L10), since a 2-1 win at Tottenham in November 2014.
61'
TWO MORE SAVES! Well Butland has been beaten three times today, but this scoreline would be much, much worse if it were not for him. The keeper does brilliantly to make himself big to thwart Morata on yet another breakaway, before rejecting Pedro's thumping effort from the ensuing corner.
59'
It's all become a bit stale here at Stamford Bridge. If the referee offered to blow his final whistle at 60 minutes, it would be hard to argue that either manager would object.
57'
D. Zappacosta enters the game and replaces V. Moses.
Davide Zappacosta replaces Moses with the first change of the match.
56'
Chelsea can strike at any moment and Stoke are plenty aware of that fact, which seems to be the reason they're so content on keeping the ball and winding the clock down. They don't want this to get any more embarrassing, though Pedro just nearly made it four with a strike inches wide of the far post from 20 yards.
54'
STAT: Antonio Conte’s side have won their last six Premier League home games – only Manchester City (9) are on a longer current run.
52'
Pedro gets yellow.
Pedro becomes the first Chelsea player booked on the afternoon.
50'
SMART SAVE! That was an absolutely delicious ball from Adam, a long, searching one forward that proves inch-perfect to spring Berahino behind the defence. The striker opens up and tries to place one in at the far corner, but Courtois reacts to make the save! Still the wait goes on for Berahino.
48'
The Potters are enjoying a good spell of possession to open this second half, but there's nothing coming out of it. It's like they're content just passing it around at the back and running clock.
46'
Stoke get the second half underway - no changes to report out of the break.
45' +3
HALF-TIME: CHELSEA 3-0 STOKE CITY.
45' +2
Chelsea camped out in attack to end this first half, though there is little tempo to speak of. This match is being played at a walking pace in advance of half-time, with Stoke desperate to get this to the interval and regroup.
45'
There will be three minutes added on at the end of this first half.
43'
Well upon further review, the decision to disallow the Diouf goal appears a bit harsh. There was a hint of a handball, but it was incredibly close, Diouf almost using his shoulder and the top of his chest area as opposed to his arm. It was not the wrong call by any means, but we have seen that called and not called before.
41'
STAT: Chelsea have conceded just four goals in their last 11 Premier League games, keeping seven clean sheets on the way.
39'
NO GOAL! Stoke appear to have pulled one back, and it really is an excellent finish from Diouf from a tight angle, through the legs of Courtois, but their joy is short-lived as the attacker was deemed to have used his arm to control the ball!
37'
The quality of the second half will depend entirely on Stoke. If they usher bodies forward and have an honest go at grabbing a goal or two back, then it should help open things up and make for some entertaining viewing. If they sit back and focus on damage limitation, however...
35'
The tempo is slowing a bit as this half wears on. It's been a comfortable afternoon for Chelsea and they have hardly broken a sweat in building this lead. Stoke need to do something to disrupt their rhythm.
33'
Chance for Morata! A deflection off Wimmer springs the Spaniard, who bursts forward and tries to cut inside onto his left for a shot, but Wimmer does well to recover and snuff out the opportunity.
31'
STAT: With Pedro's tally, now 21 of Chelsea’s league goals this season have been scored by Spanish players – no team in Europe’s big five leagues have had more.
29'
Well the worry now is that the rest of this match will lack any sort of intrigue or adventure. Having built up such a commanding lead, Chelsea are surely headed for a comprehensive victory, and can walk their way to full-time. That's not to say they will, though. Only time will tell.
27'
M. Diouf gets yellow.
Diouf slides in late to take down Morata from behind, and that will see him pick up the game's first yellow card.
25'
That third goal really puts an end to proceedings here, and we have not even played 25 minutes. It came at the end of Stoke's best spell of the match, too, which will really be deflating for Mark Hughes and company.
23'
Pedro has scored a goal for Chelsea! Assist by Willian.
Willian provides the assist, his second of the match.
A PIECE OF BRILLIANCE FROM THE SPANIARD! An outstanding bit of interplay from Chelsea, but that was all in the brilliance of the finish. Pedro produces a delicious first touch to take a pass from Willian, shifting onto his right before dragging a stunning finish into the bottom far corner!
21'
STAT: Chelsea haven’t lost their final Premier League game in a calendar year since 2011 (1-3 at home to Aston Villa).
19'
Stoke have yet to pose a threat in attack. Their incredibly limited time in possession across the halfway line has been pedestrian at best. Berahino is working to make himself available, but he's struggling to find space and when he does, his team-mates have not been able to pick him out.
17'
Victory here for Chelsea would send them up into second in the Premier League table, putting the pressure on current-second-place side Manchester United, who host Southampton later this evening. And as of now, anything but three Chelsea points would be a massive shock.
15'
GREAT SAVE! Willian springs Morata behind the defence, but Butland is off his line to make a terrific stop with his legs to deny Chelsea a third inside of 15 minutes! The ensuing corner is teed up for Drinkwater, but he gets under his effort as it sails over the bar.
13'
Stoke have to be very, very careful here. It only stands to reason that a dreadful display leading to a 4-0 defeat to Chelsea at the Bet365 would have been much worse at Stamford Bridge, and it's sure playing out that way early on here.
11'
STAT: Stoke City’s final Premier League game of 2016 was also at Stamford Bridge against Chelsea; a game that they lost 4-2.
9'
D. Drinkwater has scored a goal for Chelsea!
STUNNER! ABSOLUTE STUNNER! A first Chelsea goal for Danny Drinkwater, and he might never score one better the rest of his Chelsea career! The midfielder takes a touch at the edge of the area and unleashes a venomous volley with the outside of his boot that cannons into the top corner, leaving Butland with no chance!
7'
Mark Hughes rotated the entire front four of his 4-2-3-1 formation from the 1-1 draw with Huddersfield, which raises questions about their attacking quality today. They will have some fresh legs, but what will the chemistry be like between a group of players who don't start all that much together?
5'
Chelsea back in possession and in no rush as they knock the ball around near the halfway line. They're going to patiently wait for their openings, and judging by the visitors' defensive record, they shouldn't be made to wait long between them.
3'
A. Rüdiger has scored a goal for Chelsea! Assist by Willian.
AS SIMPLE AS IT GETS! Stoke boast the Premier League's worst defence, and they are breached inside of three minutes here! Sobhi concedes a cheap foul out wide and Antonio Rudiger climbs easily to head home Willian's delivery to give Chelsea an early and straightforward lead!
Willian provides the assist with his set-piece delivery.
2'
It was slow and uneventful here at Stamford Bridge on Boxing Day for the most part, as Brighton sat back to defend the threat of Chelsea, and it's started this way here today. Stoke are dropping deep early on and inviting Chelsea forward.
1'
AND THEY'RE OFF! Chelsea in blue as they get the match underway, attacking right to left, with Stoke in red and white.
Hello and welcome to Stamford Bridge for live coverage as Chelsea host Stoke in the final Premier League match of the year for either side!
As the years go by, Chelsea will look back fondly at 2017, the year they returned to Premier League glory and, if it were not for Manchester City’s record form, Antonio Conte’s side would probably be ending entering 2018 at the summit.
The Blues have won nine of their last 12 league matches and six in a row at Stamford Bridge, and despite being firmly ensconced in the top-four, they remain a staggering 16-points back of leaders Manchester City. It will be curious to see what business they do in January.
Stoke have picked up four points from two matches during the festive period to put some distance between them and the bottom three, but it will be a tough ask for them to add to that today given their struggles at Stamford Bridge.
Mark Hughes’ side are the first to concede 40 in the top-flight this season, and the Premier League’s worst defence was already ripped apart by Chelsea to the tune of a 4-0 defeat at the Bet365 early in the campaign – an ominous sign for their prospects this afternoon.
Antonio Conte makes three changes to the side that defeated Brighton on Boxing Day. Eden Hazard is rested with a trip to Arsenal looming on Wednesday, replaced by Pedro, while Willian and Danny Drinkwater come into the side as well, with Cesc Fabregas and Tiemoue Bakayoko dropping to the bench.
Mark Hughes has some defensive woes to concern himself with as Ryan Shawcross misses out through injury, while Kurt Zouma is ineligible to face his parent club. As a result, Josh Tymon comes into defence and Geoff Cameron drops deeper, paving the way for Charlie Adam to come into midfield. The manager has also rotated his entire front four, with Mame Diouf, Ibrahim Afellay, Ramadan Sobhi and Saido Berahino replacing Xherdan Shaqiri, Joe Allen, Eric-Maxim Choupo-Moting and Peter Crouch.
STAT: Stoke City start with two teenagers in their XI for the first time in Premier League history (Edwards and Tymon). Prior to today, on only five occasions has a teenager started a game for Stoke in the competition.
It's hard to recall a more comfortable and comprehensive half for a club in the Premier League this season as this first half was for Chelsea. Antonio Rudiger opened the score inside of three minutes and both Danny Drinkwater and Pedro added to it before 25 minutes, while the Blues have had precious little to do in defence.
A dominant, decisive and deliberate display from five-star Chelsea as they cruise to a seventh successive victory at Stamford Bridge with their biggest win of the campaign to date. Antonio Rudiger opened the score inside of three minutes for the Blues, before Danny Drinkwater, Pedro, Willian and Davide Zappacosta added to Stoke's misery.
That's all for our live coverage, thanks for following along. Goodbye!
