We're underway at the King Power Stadium.
The Foxes have moved up to eighth in the Premier League after winning their last four matches. Claude Puel earned revenge over his former side Southampton during the week as his new team crushed the Saints 4-1 t St Mary's Stadium. Leicester have lost just one of their last 12 matches in the top flight and will be eyeing another win to put pressure on the teams above.
Good afternoon and welcome to the live commentary of the Premier League clash between Leicester City and Crystal Palace at the King Power Stadium.
Palace staged a dramatic late comeback to snatch all three points from their clash with Watford during the week. Bakary Sako equalised in the 89th minute for the Eagles before James McArthur struck in injury time to earn his team the victory at Selhurst Park. Roy Hodgson's men are unbeaten in their last six matches and a point this afternoon would lift them out of the relegation zone - a seemingly unthinkable achievement after losing their opening seven matches of the campaign.
The team news has been announced and we'll start with the home side.
Palace subs: Van Aanholt, Hennessey, Lee, Souare, Sako, Bissaka, Riedewald.
Puel has not been afraid to make changes to a winning side this afternoon. The Frenchman rotates his side by making three changes from the win over Southampton. Vicente Iborra, Demarai Gray and Marc Albrighton all return to the fold, with Ben Chilwell dropping back into defence. Christian Fuchs, Shinji Okazaki and Andy King all drop to the bench.
Hodgson has to make two changes to his side that defeated Watford during the week. Luka Milivojevic is suspended and is replaced by the match-winner McArthur, while Martin Kelly comes in at right-back for the injured Timothy Fosu-Mensah. Christian Benteke and Wilfried Zaha continue to lead the line.
FLASHBACK! Leicester won this fixture 3-1 last season thanks to goals from Ahmed Musa, Okazaki and Fuchs, while Yohan Cabaye notched a consolation for the visitors.
STAT ATTACK! Leicester City are unbeaten in each of their last four Premier League encounters with Crystal Palace (W3 D1 L0).
STAT ATTACK! Palace have not scored away from home this season. Their last road goal came in their victory over Liverpool on April 23 when Benteke scored twice.
The players are out on the pitch, so we should be underway shortly.
HALF-TIME: LEICESTER 0-2 CRYSTAL PALACE
FULL-TIME: LEICESTER 0-3 CRYSTAL PALACE
Thanks for joining our commentary this afternoon. Until next time, goodbye.
Crystal Palace earn their first victory on the road since April in the Premier League and score their first three away goals of the campaign. Strikes from Christian Benteke, Wilfried Zaha and Bakary Sako lift the Eagles out of the bottom three for the first time this season, highlighting the club's improvement under Roy Hodgson. There's still work to be done, but Palace could be on the path to safety. Leicester were not at it this afternoon, coming down from the high of their thrashing of Southampton. Claude Puel will be disappointed that his side were unable to continue their momentum with their four-game winning streak snapped.
Crystal Palace had not scored an away goal this season before kick-off this afternoon. However, Christian Benteke ended his drought in front of goal to open the scoring before setting up Wilfried Zaha for a second to put Roy Hodgson's men on course for their first road victory of the season. Leicester have been outplayed from the off, struggling to find the level of performance that guided them to a dominant win over Southampton during the week. Claude Puel has his work cut out for him to get a response from the Foxes in the second half to avoid a first defeat in five matches.
