Time is almost up, but the home fans are showing their players one last show of appreciation, as flags pops up all over the stadium and the noise is increased.
90'
There will be three minutes added on here.
88'
K. Asamoah enters the game and replaces G. Higuaín.
Chants of "olé" are starting to come from the Juve fans as they begin to sense that they are going through to the semi-finals. Allegri ensures everything is halted again as he makes his final change - Asamoah for Higuain.
86'
Lemina is involved almost straight away. He runs at Iniesta and beats him just inside the area, before winning a corner despite his eventual shot being scuffed a little.
84'
M. Lemina enters the game and replaces J. Cuadrado.
Juve slow things down now with another switch. Cuadrado makes way after a strong showing and Mario Lemina takes over.
82'
What a chance for Juve to finish it! Cuadrado is found on the right as the visitors break and he slips a pass into the penalty area towards Khedira. He controls it when he should have let it run for Mandzukic, then gets a tame shot away which is easily denied by Ter Stegen.
80'
SO CLOSE! Neymar crosses in from the left and Mascherano gets a touch to it, but Buffon is there to make the save.
79'
Another Barca corner now, as Barzagli gets back to head an Alba cross behind.
78'
J. Mascherano enters the game and replaces Sergi Roberto.
Second Barca change now sees Sergi Roberto replaced by Mascherano.
Minute
Description
77'
Three corners in quick succession for Barca, but Juve cope with each. This really doesn't look like it's going to be the hosts' day.
75'
A. Barzagli enters the game and replaces P. Dybala.
Change now for Juve, as Dybala makes way for Barzagli. Allegri is shoring things up at the back.
73'
Poor by Juve. Higuain has the chance to break on Barca as the visitors charge forward. Instead of the obvious pass to Cuadrado on the right, he opts for Dybala and the young attacker's delivery is woefully over-hit. Eventually the attack peters out.
72'
And there's a reminder of Juve's talent. Dybala slaloms past a couple of tackles just inside the area and then sends a left-footed effort over.
70'
CLOSE! Messi is lively again, back-heeling a pass to Sergi Roberto and he sends a fierce left-footed effort past the far post. They certainly can't complain about a lack of chances today!
68'
JUVE ESCAPE! Buffon fumbles with the corner delivery and Suarez hooks it back into the danger zone. Messi meets it but puts a right-footed effort over the open goal. It wasn't an easy chance, but you'd expect better from him!
66'
Barca are back on top. Iniesta sees a wicked volley well blocked and then Suarez's cross is deflected behind for a corner.
64'
S. Khedira gets yellow.
Awful from Alex Sandro, as he tries to take on Suarez and is robbed. Khedira charges back to cover and is left with little choice but to make sure he takes the Uruguayan out. The yellow card unsurprisingly makes an appearance and means he'll mean the first leg of the semi-final.
63'
Barca are made to worry this time. Higuain's low cross doesn't quite find a team-mate, but Pjanic robs Busquets on the edge of the box again and sees a shot deflected over.
62'
Poor from Neymar. He is lucky to evade the tackle of Pjanic, but he then smashes a 25-yard effort harmlessly over the crossbar.
60'
Barca's probing continues, but Juve still look pretty commanding at the back. Even Mandzukic highlights their coolness, nonchalantly nodding the ball back to Buffon under pressure.
58'
Paco Alcácer enters the game and replaces I. Rakitić.
Buffon had it covered. Messi's free-kick isn't terrible, but the goalkeeper never looked worried. Barca then replace Rakitic with Alcacer.
57'
G. Chiellini gets yellow.
Robust defending from Chiellini, as he hauls Suarez down on the edge of the box and gets booked. This is prime Messi territory.
56'
MESSI AGAIN! He just can't find the target today! Rakitic is the one who finds him this time and the Argentine then makes enough space to get a shot away. Chiellini gets a slight touch on it and the ball goes agonisingly past the bottom-left corner.
55'
Barca try to catch Juve on the counter after that corner as Neymar charges up the left, but Cuadrado gets back to make a strong tackle.
54'
SAVE! Cuadrado latches on to a clever pass in behind Alba and then turns him inside out before seeing a shot deflected wide by the foot of Ter Stegen.
53'
NEARLY! Brilliant from Messi. He picks the ball up deep, exchanges a one-two with Iniesta and then blasts agonisingly over on the edge of the area.
51'
Neymar is the danger man again. He jinks past one man but then slices harmlessly wide with his left foot from 20 yards.
49'
CLOSE! Barca get themselves a corner as Rakitic's cross is blocked by Alex Sandro. But Juve clear with ease and cause problems up the other end. Roberto is robbed by Dybala and then Higuain finds Cuadrado, but he rifles just wide of the left-hand post.
48'
Incredible run by Neymar, as he dribbled past four players before eventually getting crowded out inside the penalty area. He's certainly not giving up.
46'
The action is back under way in Barcelona, with the visitors getting us started for the second half.
45' +1
HALF-TIME!
44'
Neymar gets yellow.
That's bonkers from Neymar. The referee was just about to blow for a foul on Messi by Pjanic, but the Brazilian hacks the Juve man down in bizarre fashion. So, should Barca miraculously come back to progress, he will miss the first leg of the semi-finals.
43'
Suarez goes for the spectacular scissor-kick after Neymar cut inside and crossed, but the striker's effort goes well wide.
41'
For such a charged evening, it's a surprise it's taken this long for the first booking. Even more surprising is that Iniesta is the one to earn it, as he rather cynically scythed down Cuadrado.
40'
Andrés Iniesta gets yellow.
Vital touch from Bonucci, as Messi rips Juve apart on the right and releases Suarez. He crosses deep and Neymar looks set to knock it in, but the Italian defender gets in the way.
38'
CLOSE! A rare Juve attack eventually produces a chance, as Pjanic plays a deft lofted pass into the box and Higuain can only get a slight touch on it, sending it into the hands of Ter Stegen.
36'
For all of Barca's dominance and time on the ball, Juve haven't actually been worried that often. Buffon has only really been tested once.
34'
Khedira is down here and in a bit of pain after appearing to get caught on the toe by Neymar. Barca don't want this pause in play.
32'
Messi is leading the charge here. He exchanges a couple of passes well with Busquets and gets a shot on goal. Buffon pushes it away and then the Argentinian smashes the rebound into the side-netting from a tight angle.
30'
Neymar is edging closer to a booking which will rule him out of Barca's next European match. After winning a corner, he reacts angrily to not previously being awarded a free-kick. He escapes this time, while his corner delivery doesn't cause much damage.
28'
Respite for the away side now as Bonucci gets a free-kick just outside the Juve box after tussling with Suarez.
26'
It's fair to say the crowd isn't impressed with referee Kuipers here. First Messi appears to be obstructed and doesn't get a foul, before Juve win a cheap free-kick. Busquets also almost gets himself in trouble by grapping the official's arm.
24'
A belated flag spares Barca's blushes as Dybala is played through on goal by Mandzukic. He was well offside.
22'
It's all Barca at the moment - even Pique is attacking down the right wing! Juve are holding firm for now, but gaps are starting to appear. Busquets finds one of those gaps and plays Alba into the area. He spots Neymar, but he slices a volley wide.
20'
JUVE SURVIVE! Wow, what a let-off! The ball falls kindly for Messi about 14 yards from goal and he gets a clear shot away, but it goes wide of the right-hand post. That's a huge miss by his standards.
19'
Messi is starting to pull the strings now. He squeezes a pass into the area between a couple of defenders, finding Suarez. The Uruguayan spins and shoots left-footed, but Chiellini is there with a vital block.
18'
Close! Brilliant from Messi, as he drops deep and finds the run of Jordi Alba with a sumptuous lofted pass, but the left-back can only get the deftest of touches on it.
16'
End-to-end stuff here. First Juve look destined to open up Barca on the counter, but Cuadrado's final pass was cut out by Pique. Then the hosts quickly get up the other end and Rakitic smashes over with a left-footed effort from 25 yards.
14'
Good chance! Higuain combines on the edge of the area with Dybala before rifling a fierce volley wide of the top-right corner. That had the Barca fans worried!
12'
Clever play by Barca. Neymar flicks a well-placed half volley into the path of Messi in the area and the Argentine nods it down towards Suarez, but it's just a little behind him.
11'
Juve cope with the corner rather easily, but Barca remain on the front foot. They're yet to really have a significant spell in charge - could this be a start?
10'
Barca are up in arms again, this time as Iniesta isn't given a free-kick just outside the box after cutting inside Bonucci. Nevertheless, they stay on the attack and Neymar wins a corner from Alves.
8'
Good play by Cuadrado out on the right, as he faces up Pique and wins a free-kick. It doesn't come to much, though, as Barca escape unscathed.
6'
Excellent play by Neymar, as he tricks his way past Alves and tears into the box. He then darts inside Bonucci and goes down, with Alves back and biting at his heels, but the referee waves play on.
5'
Almost an opening, as Dybala's free-kick finds Higuain, but his first-time effort is tame and is scuffed behind for a goal-kick.
4'
Rakitic is very lucky to avoid an early booking there. Dybala has come in for a little rough treatment on a couple of times so far, and this occasion was blatant from the Croatian. Free-kick about 40 yards from goal.
3'
The home side look typically energetic and intense when pressing, but Juve are still seeing plenty of the ball during these early exchanges.
1'
Off we go! Barca get us started.
Hello and welcome to the live coverage of the Champions League quarter-final second leg between Barcelona and Juventus. Luis Enrique's men have already pulled off one great escape this term - can they do it again today?
First of all, let's have a look at the teams...
Juventus starting XI (4-2-3-1): Buffon; Dani Alves, Bonucci, Chiellini, Alex Sandro; Khedira, Pjanic; Cuadrado, Dybala, Mandzukic; Higuain.
Barcelona subs: Cillessen, Mascherano, Alena, Digne, D. Suarez, Gomes, Alcacer.
Barcelona starting XI (4-3-3): Ter Stegen; Roberto, Pique, Umtiti, Alba; Busquets, Rakitic, Iniesta; Messi, Suarez, Neymar.
Few will need reminding about what happened eight days ago, least of all Barca. Luis Enrique's men lost 3-0 in Turin, with Paulo Dybala stealing the show with an early double. The 3-0 win put Juve in a fine position heading into this second leg in Camp Nou, but they've overcome bigger deficits.
Barca's Champions League campaign is already iconic for their incredible comeback against Paris Saint Germain in the last round. A 4-0 defeat was wiped out by a remarkable 6-1 reverse in Spain and now the Catalans have to pull off a similar turnaround. Can they do it?
Juve are generally regarded as one of Europe's best teams both defensively and going forward. Added to that, they've only conceded four goals in a single match (including matches that have gone to extra-time) once since November 2013. To state the obvious, Barca have an almighty task on their hands.
The two teams are now out, with kick-off just a few moments away. Stay tuned - this promises to be a cracker!
So far, so good for Juventus. The hosts have generally dominated, but they've only really created one clear-cut chance and otherwise Chiellini and Bonucci have been mightily impressive. Just 45 minutes to go for Max Allegri's men - can they hold firm?
Juve are into the Champions League semi-final! Overturning their 3-0 win from the first leg ultimately proved to be a miracle too far for Barcelona after their PSG heroics. Max Allegri's men very much deserve their progression, though, from their first-leg triumph to today's defensive masterclass. Luis Enrique's final European tie in charge of the Catalans ends in defeat.
