THERE IS THE FINAL WHISTLE! MONACO ARE INTO THE SEMI-FINALS!
90'
A. Raggi enters the game and replaces Bernardo Silva.
We are going to have a minimum of two added minutes.
A late final change from Jardim, with Silva replaced by Raggi.
88'
Pulisic darts into the box from the right and manages to stab a cross into the middle after being halted in his tracks temporarily by Bakayoko. He only finds Toure, though, and the right-back removes the threat.
86'
Germain had only been on the pitch for 22 seconds when he scored his goal!
85'
Action at the other end now, with Sokratis' excellent takle stopping Silva from having a one-on-one with Burki!
84'
GOOD SAVE! A rare chance from Aubameyang! The striker slams a left-footed shot towards the near post that Subasic covers well, diving down and parrying it behind.
83'
That surely puts the tie to bed. Dortmund need three if they are to advance to the semi-finals, and in less than two minutes that seems extremely unlikely.
81'
V. Germain enters the game and replaces K. Mbappé.
V. Germain has scored a goal for Monaco!
Mbappe goes off to a standing ovation and Germain takes his place.
UNBELIEVABLE! GERMAIN SCORES WITH HIS FIRST TOUCH! Lemar intercepts Piszczek's attempted pass and races forward. He tries to find Germain and his ball deflects off Sokratis. It ends up working to Monaco's benefit, though, and the substitute slides a first-time finish beneath Burki!
79'
SO CLOSE FOR MBAPPE! Moutinho hooks an exceptional pass over his head and the defence which finds Lemar on the left. He sees Mbappe in space 10 yards out and rolls the ball towards him. It's just behind the young striker, though, and it somehow slips from underneath his left foot!
78'
Monaco starting to wind the clock down now. Mbappe sets Toure on his way down the right, and he slows down before passing inside for Silva. He holds it up, drawing a foul from Sokratis that result in a few more seconds ticking away.
Minute
Description
77'
Silva dances in along the byline after some neat footwork from Bakayoko, but his attempt to square for Mbappe is deflected into the side-netting by Sokratis. The resultant corner finds Bakayoko in the middle and he glances a header over the bar.
75'
Monaco quickly hit back as Lemar finds space on the left-hand side of the box. He dribbles towards the byline before unleashing a powerful shot from an acute angle that Burki gets his body in the way of.
74'
REUS!! Dembele scoops an excellent pass forward to Kagawa, who nods it down for Reus on the edge of the box. It bounces at an awkward height and the Germany international digs out a shot that Subasic is equal to.
72'
C. Pulišić enters the game and replaces Raphaël Guerreiro.
Tuchel makes his final substitution, replacing Guerreiro with Pulisic.
71'
Piszczek aims a cross to the back post from the right, and it's cushioned into the middle by Guerreiro. His header falls for Moutinho and the Portuguese makes the clearance.
69'
That should be a corner! Mbappe attempts to guide the ball across Burki and into the bottom-left corner and the keeper gets and arm out to push it around the post. A goal-kick is given, though, much to the Monaco youngster's bemusement.
68'
Jardim makes his first change, introducing Dirar in place of Falcao. Silva has taken up a central position behind Mbappe as a result.
67'
N. Dirar enters the game and replaces R. Falcao.
66'
Schmelzer tries his luck from distance, firing a 25-yard shot on target. It's straight at Subasic, who gets down and soaks up the power to hold it at the first attempt.
65'
FALCAO HAS TO DO BETTER! A long ball up from the back by Jemerson is brought down by Falcao, and he has plenty of time to pick his spot. He seems to think about going for a chip before taking another touch, and he is consequently forced to cut inside onto his left. Burki rushes off his line and the striker dinks it over him, with the shot floating over the bar.
63'
Good work from Bakayoko, hounding Kagawa and Piszczek on Dortmund's right. He wins the ball but is unable to keep it in play.
61'
Falcao is penalised for a clumsy tackle on Kagawa, gifting Dortmund a free-kick in a dangerous area on the left. Reus swings it in but Toure is the first man it finds, and he heads it away.
Important intervention from Sokratis there! Lemar - again - provides an excellent cross that Falcao stoops to get on the end of it with a diving header. Sokratis slides in and gets his leg in the way, with the officials saying the last touch came off the Monaco man and awarding a goal-kick to the visitors.
59'
Ginter runs unmarked to the near post and flicks on Guerreiro's corner. Aubameyang is on hand at the back post, but the ball flies behind him and goes out for a throw-in.
57'
OPTA STAT: In his last 13 Champions League appearances for Dortmund, Reus has been directly involved in 15 goals, scoring 11 and assisting four.
55'
Schmelzer slides an excellent pass around the back of Toure for Reus, but the defender slides in and blocks the cross that follows. The ball ricochets off Reus, with Monaco awarded the goal-kick.
54'
Ginter returns to the pitch and slots back in alongside Sokratis. Dortmund looking to stop Monaco continuing to develop momentum by holding possession inside their own half.
53'
There's a short break in play with Ginter requiring treatment after a nasty fall when challenging for a header.
51'
Now Falcao threatens, again getting across Ginter to connect with Lemar's delivery. Once more, though, he is unable to turn it on target and Burki watches it wide.
50'
BURKI TO THE RESCUE AGAIN! The goalkeeper has to backpedal with Toure's header looping over him and looking sure to drop under the crossbar for Monaco's fourth. He leaps up and flings a hand out, palming it behind for another corner.
49'
GREAT SAVE FROM BURKI! Mbappe dribbles beyond Sokratis in the box and attempts to square the ball for Falcao, who would have had a tap in had Burki not got a leg in the way and sent it behind for a corner!
48'
M. Reus has scored a goal for Borussia Dortmund! Assist by O. Dembélé.
GOOOOOAAAL!! REUS BEGINS THE COMEBACK ATTEMPT! Dembele does superbly to beat Mendy down the right and dig out a cutback for Reus, who slams a brilliant finish into the top-right corner, beyond the idle Subasic!
That was a wonderful run from Dembele and he showed great awareness to pick out a pass for Reus from the byline.
47'
Kagawa gets the first shot of the second period away, toe-poking an effort from 20 yards into the arms of Subasic.
46'
M. Schmelzer enters the game and replaces N. Şahin.
We are back underway in Monaco.
Tuchel has made another change for the second half, with Sahin going off for Schmelzer. He will replace Guerreiro at left-back, allowing the Portuguese to take up a more central position.
45' +1
There is the half-time whistle!
44'
Lemar almost creates another goal! He shows great vision to thread a pass through the Dortmund defence for Mbappe, who just comes up short of beating Burki to it.
43'
Dembele gets away on the right but is shepherded down the outside by Jemerson. The Dortmund forward is unable to keep the ball under control and runs it out of play.
42'
Half-time has been reached in tonight's other Champions League fixture, with Juventus holding Barcelona 0-0 at the break. They are just 45 minutes from the semi-finals thanks to their 3-0 first-leg lead.
41'
Reus attempts to swing a free-kick inside the near post from 20 yards and fails to produce the power Sahin did, with Subasic getting across his goal to keep it out comfortably.
40'
Tuchel's side are lacking the clinical precision in the final third that Monaco have shown so far. There has been some great moves, but the finishing touch remains absent. More excellent link-up play sees Kagawa find Guerreiro in space on the left-hand side of the box. He attempts to tee up Aubameyang rather than shoot and Toure blocks!
38'
More great football from Dortmund. Dembele fires a pass to the feet of Reus on the edge of the box, and he flicks it inside for Aubameyang with a tremendous first touch. It's just too far ahead of his team-mate and Subasic is able to collect.
36'
Dortmund try to replicate their opponents with a swift break, Reus finding Kagawa who attempts to slide a throughball for Aubameyang. The Gabon international is adjudged offside, though. It was a tackle from Sahin that kick-started the move - he has been Dortmund's best player so far.
34'
Monaco are repelling everything that comes into their box at the moment - Glik's headed clearance from Guerreiro's left-wing delivery the latest intervention to thwart Dortmund.
32'
This is better from Dortmund. Sahin thwarts a counter-attack from Monaco and helps slow the tempo by distributing calmly. When he regains possession he looks for Aubameyang in the box, but his chip is plucked down by Subasic.
30'
Dembele spots Guerreiro in space on the left and follows his pass to receive a return ball from the his team-mate. He attempts to it into the middle for Aubameyang, but Jemerson heads clear.
28'
Monaco again prove dangerous attacking down the left through Lemar, released by Mbappe. His cross into the centre is too high for Falcao, who fails to make a connection. Burki gets to breathe a short sigh of relief!
27'
O. Dembélé enters the game and replaces E. Durm.
Tuchel is forced into an early change, with Durm coming on for Dembele. Looks like Dortmund will shift to a more conventional 4-2-3-1 now.
24'
Bakayoko darts to the near post and flicks a corner across the face of goal. Durm slices his attempted clearance and almost puts the ball into the top-left corner! Falcao wants a penalty from the resultant set-piece, and Sokratis did appear to push him from underneath the cross. Nothing given, though.
23'
Moutinho sends a teasing cross in from the right and, although he does not get on the end of it, Falcao turns to applaud his team-mate after it runs out of play. It is exactly the sort of service he thrives off.
21'
Falcao and Mbappe attempt to link up on a swift break, but the latter stumbles as he attempts a return pass and Dortmund are able to pick up the pieces.
19'
Monaco's second does not change anything for Dortmund - they still need three goals. It just so happens that they have averaged three goals in the competition so far this season...
17'
R. Falcao has scored a goal for Monaco! Assist by T. Lemar.
That was a brilliantly placed ball in from Lemar, but Falcao's exceptional run was key to adding the finishing touch.
GOOOOOAAAAL!! MONACO LEAD 2-0 THANKS TO FALCAO! That is sensational football from Jardim's men. Lemar carries the ball forward and offloads to Mendy, who sends a pass inside for Mbappe just outside the box. He tees up Lemar who bends a great delivery into the box which Falcao gets in front of his marker to head home!
16'
OPTA STAT: Kylian Mbappe is the sixth player to score in his first four Champions League starts and the first since Diego Costa in 2014.
14'
OFF THE POST!! What an effort from Sahin! A truly sublime, curling left-foot free-kick from Sahin has the beating of Subasic and looks to be heading into the top-right corner. The ball cracks off the inside of the upright and flashes across goal before spinning behind!
13'
GREAT CHANCE! Mendy overlaps Mbappe on the left and stands the ball up at the back post for Silva. He tries to power a header past Burki and ends up sending it straight at him. He might have even had time to bring that down!
12'
Monaco are finding plenty of space on the wings at the moment. Toure provides the cross from the right this time, with Falcao stooping to connect with a header at the near post. The Colombian is unable to get it on target, though.
10'
OH REUS! A lovely, slick move sees Dortmund work the ball from left to right. A low delivery from the right finds Reus in space near the penalty spot, but he fails to make the most of his opportunity and steers a first-time effort into the arms of Subasic.
9'
STAT: Mbappe now has 16 goals in his last 16 appearances for Monaco. That is a truly astounding stat for an 18-year-old and shows why he is being tipped as a future superstar.
8'
Subasic is almost caught dwelling on the ball by Aubameyang! The goalkeeper just about manages to get away from the striker at put it out for a throw-in. That could have been embarrassing.
7'
Mendy again gets forward on the left, this time drilling a cross into the middle from the byline. Mbappe lets it run at the near post but Ginter shuffles it clear with Falcao lurking to pounce on a loose ball.
5'
What a start for Monaco! And that immediately makes Dortmund's task even harder - Tuchel's side now need three goals in order to advance, with two no longer enough due to the away goals rule.
3'
K. Mbappé has scored a goal for Monaco!
GOOOOOOAAAAL!! MBAPPE SCORES EARLY! A brilliant run sees Mendy surge forward on the left, driving inside before thumping a 20-yard strike straight at Burki. He can only punch it back out to Mbappe, who adjusts his feet to fire a first-time finish into the bottom-left corner!
1'
Dortmund get the ball rolling!
Hello and welcome to this LIVE commentary on the second leg of the Champions League quarter-final between Monaco and Borussia Dortmund. The Ligue 1 leaders hold a 3-2 advantage from the first match, so we should be set for another exciting encounter between two high-scoring sides at Stade Louis II!
Last week's first leg was of course marred by the attack on Dortmund's team bus as it made its way to Signal Iduna Park, resulting in Marc Bartra being hospitalised and the match being postponed by one day. The rescheduling was deemed "absurd" by Thomas Tuchel, with counterpart Leonardo Jardim and a number of players critical of having to play so soon after the traumatic incident. The effects will surely still linger, but, having recovered from back-to-back defeats by beating Eintracht Frankfurt at the weekend, the Bundesliga side will be keen to give their all to advance to the semi-finals.
The teams have been announced, so let's have a look at how they will be shaping up tonight.
Monaco bench: Morgan De Sanctis, Jorge, Andrea Raggi, Kevin N’Doram, Nabil Dirar, Irvin Cardona, Valere Germain.
Borussia Dortmund bench: Roman Weidenfeller, Marcel Schmelzer, Mikel Merino, Sven Bender, Gonzalo Castro, Christian Pulisic, Ousmane Dembele.
Borussia Dortmund (3-4-2-1): Roman Burki; Lukasz Piszczek, Sokratis Papastathopoulos, Matthias Ginter; Erik Durm, Julian Weigl, Nuri Sahin, Raphael Guerreiro; Shinji Kagawa, Marco Reus; Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
That's three changes for Monaco from there 2-1 victory over Dijon at the weekend. Moutinho replaces the suspended Fabinho in central midfield, while Lemar comes in for Dirar on the wing. Falcao - who scored the winner on Saturday - is back to join Mbappe in attack, with Germain having to settle for a place on the bench.
As is usual with Dortmund know, their formation is going to be very pliable tonight. Schmelzer, Bender and Pulisic drop to the bench as Tuchel brings in Durm, back from a month out with a muscular injury, Guerreiro and Ginter.
The challenge facing Dortmund tonight is daunting. Monaco are unbeaten at Stade Louis II in this season's Champions League, winning five and drawing just once. Furthermore, only two teams have overturned a first-leg home defeat to advance in the Champions League knockout stages - Ajax in 1995-96 and Inter in 2010-11.
UEFA has announced that kick-off has been delayed by five minutes due to late team arrival.
Bartra has joined his team-mates in Monaco, and Tuchel has said in a pre-match interview with German broadcasters Sky that the centre-back will be given the last 30 seconds of the team talk in the dressing room. That will undoubtedly provide great motivation for Dortmund!
Both sets are fans are joining together in signing Dortmund's anthem 'You'll Never Walk Alone' at the moment - a brilliant show of solidarity between two sets of supporters who showed the true unifying spirit of football following last week's attack in Dortmund.
The teams are making their way out onto the pitch now. Monaco are hoping to keep their three options open in their hunt for silverware by advancing, while Dortmund will hope to progress in Tuchel's 100th match in charge of the club. Kick-off is just a few moments away.
HALF-TIME - Monaco 2-0 Dortmund (5-2 on aggregate): An excellent first half from Monaco puts them on the brink of the semi-finals. Mbappe took just three minutes to get them off the mark, and Falcao followed up with a fine header 14 minutes later. Sahin struck the upright for Dortmund, who have lacked the same clinical touch in the final third that their opponents have provided. Three goals in 45 minutes are needed for Tuchel's side, but I would not put it past them. Be sure to stay tuned for the second half!
The teams are heading back out, so the second half is just a few moments away.
FULL-TIME - Monaco 3-1 Dortmund (6-3 aggregate): Reus looked to have got Dortmund back in the hunt after Mbappe and Falcao had put Monaco two goals up, but they were unable to add to their tally and Germain finished the tie off in the 81st minute - scoring just 22 seconds after coming on.
Monaco join Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid and Juventus in the semi-finals, the draw for which will take place on Friday. Thanks a lot for joining us and have a great night!
