The Czech Republic´s injured captain Tomas Rosicky announced Friday that he will not be taking part in next month´s European Championships due to a recurring knee injury.
It must be truly heartbreaking, for any soccer player, to be on the verge of going to a major tournament, like the World Cup or Euro Championships, and, at the last moment, find out that injury has ruled him out of the tournament.
