PARIS, Jan 15 (SW) - Paris Saint-Germain squeaked out a win against Troyes on Sunday, needing a late goal by Fabrice Pancrate to climb back up into fourth position in Ligue 1.

PSG - Troyes 2-1

Pauleta gave PSG the lead on the stroke of half-time, converting a penalty after teammate Cristiano Rodríguez wa felled in the area, but Georges Ba headed in a corner kick in the 50th minute to pull the visitors level.

The match was headed for a draw, but Pauleta fed the ball to Pancrate three minutes into added time and he made no mistake and snatched victory for the home side at the Parc des Princes.

Marseille - Rennes 1-0

It was a dream Marseille debut for striker Mickaël Pagis as he scored the winner in the victory at the Stade Vélodrome, lifting them to sixth place.

On 65 minutes, a cross by José Delfim hit Pagis' shoulder, but eluded the Rennes goalkeeper and went into the net for the match winner.

St. Etienne - Toulouse P-P

The match between St. Etienne and Toulouse was postponed after a quarter-hour had been played because of a frozen pitch.
