The teams news has been announced and we'll start with the home side.
Wenger rung the changes for Arsenal's Europa League clash against Bate, but has reverted to his Premier League line-up this afternoon. There are two changes from their win over West Brom last time out. Laurent Koscielny is out with an Achilles injury and is replaced by Rob Holding, while Alex Iwobi comes into the side for Mohamed Elneny.
Brighton have made three changes from their win over Newcastle. Hemed's ban forces Chris Hughton to replace him with midfielder Izzy Brown as Glenn Murray returns from injury on the bench. Anthony Knockaert drops to the bench as new signing Jose Izquierdo gets the start, while Gaeten Bong replaces Markus Suttner at left-back.
FLASHBACK! The last time Arsenal and Brighton played on the Gunners' home soil was back in 1983. Arsenal won the contest 3-1 thanks to a brace from Raphael Meade and a strike from Graham Rix.
